consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged from RICHARD DE JESUS
CABURNAY likewise of legal age, with residence address at 37 De Onon St., Marulas
Valenzuela City hereby sells, transfers and conveys and by these presents have sold, transferred
and conveyed unto said vendee the motor vehicle described as follows:
