DEED OF SALE OF MOTOR VEHICLE

KNOWN ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This Deed of Absolute Sale, duly executed at Davao City, this MAY 15,2023 between:

BENRAZIER DOLORES AMILASAN of legal age and residing at BLK15. LOT52 EZEKIEL ST. DECA HOMES
SUBD. CATALUNAN GRANDE, DAVAO CITY, hereinafter referred to and designated as the “VENDOR”.

-and-

VANESSA CLAIRE DULANAS PINERO of legal age and residing at LOWER DOLO, BANSALAN, DAVAO DEL
SUR, hereinafter referred to and designated as the “VENDEE”.

WITNESSETH THAT:

The “VENDOR” is the absolute owner of which is more particularly described as follows:

The “VENDOR” has offered to sell and the “VENDEE” has agreed to buy the above-described motor
vehicle, at the amount of THREE HUNDRED EIGHTY-EIGHT THOUSAND PESOS ONLY paid by the “VENDEE” and
receipt of which is hereby acknowledged by the “VENDOR”, The “VENDOR” hereby sells, transfers and conveys to
the “VENDEE”, the above-described motor vehicle together with all the accessories attached therein.

The “VENDOR” warrants that the vehicle is free from any aliens and encumbrances.

The “VENDEE” shall hold the “VENDOR” harmless from any consequences arising from an accident
involving the vehicle and that the “VENDEE” shall fully assume responsibility for such consequences.

IN WITNESS WHEREFOF, I have hereunto affixed my hand on the date and place above-written.
