This Deed of Sale, made and entered into by and between DELY S. CAPON, of legal age, Filipino and a resident of Brgy. Agbanga,

Matalom, Leyte, (hereinafter referred to as the "VENDOR").

_____________, of legal age, Filipino and a resident of Brgy. ____________, Leyte, Philippines, (hereinafter referred to as the “VENDEE”).

WITNESSETH: That

WHEREAS, the VENDOR is the true and registered owner of certain motor vehicle which is more particularly described as follows:

WHEREAS, the VENDOR desires to sell the said motor vehicle and the VENDEE is ready, willing and able to buy the same.

WHEREAS, the VENDEE shall assume full responsibility and shall not hold the VENDOR liable in case of accident involving the above-

mentioned motor vehicle.

NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the sum of ___________________________________), receipt of which is hereby

acknowledged by the VENDOR to its full and complete satisfaction, the VENDOR does hereby SELL, TRANSFER and CONVEY unto the VENDEE, its

successors and assigns, the above-described motor vehicle.
