Inquiry
The customer YUNUS TEXTILE MILLS LTD. provided a plain coloured woven fabric quality
constructed of 50% bamboo / 50% cotton. This fabric is produced for LIDL (HongKong). The
fabric is finished with a TANACARE ALOE VERA recipe.

The currently provided fabric is offered to our laboratory for the confirmation on the presence
the TANACARE ALOE VERA before and after repeated laundry. Laundry will be done following
ISO 6330 4M, 40°C.

Assessment of the fabrics is done using an optical microscope. The TANACARE products are
constructed of microcapsules containing the active ingredient. These microcapsules can be
visualised using an optical microscope.

The provided fabric quality is marked as:

• Fiber content: 50Bamboo and 50Cotton

• The yarn spun to make 50:50 bamboo cotton yarn
same yarn is used in both warp and weft
• Yarn size, warp and weft: 30 single
• Thread count, warp and weft per inch: 76x68
• GSM: 115
• Finished width: 114”

The fabric quality is finished according to the following recommendation:

40 g/l TANACARE ALOE VERA

08 g/l TANAPUR ONE
Wet pick-up: 100% (For lower wet pick-up, recipe is corrected accordingly)
Drying at 140°C

Results
