traditional and digital printed fabric.
It can be used in any continuous production line
and for any type of fabric, including the most
delicate and newly developed fibres.
Shape and aesthetics meet functionality
in a safe and beautiful machine.
 Spray bar for loop formation
This exclusive system avoids the possible formation
of static electricity on fabric and allows regulation of
the fold length at wish, in order to meet any production
need easily.
Both continuous and impulsive working mode can be
performed.

Ventilation section
The high number of fans all along the chamber ensures the best possible circulation
of steam and air. An appropriate number of water trays are added to generate
saturated steam in the steaming chamber, thus ensuring the suitable compensation
of overheated steam in the machine and a perfect humidification.
Steam distribution ducts are installed throughout the chamber.

Sticks fixed to the chain

Cylinders and sticks ensure optimum contact of the fabric, thanks to which the operator
can work with the loop at the maximum length (obtaining maximum productivity of
the machine). In addition, the new Arioli sticks have the fundamental advantage of
being fixed to the transport chain, thus avoiding production interruptions due to stick
repositioning that might happen with mobile sticks.

Water injection nozzles with steam spray

and air injection
Perfect system for temperature control when working in saturated steam (102°C),
it returns the correct percentage of humidity to the re-circulated steam.
Humidification nozzles with the possibility to work with saturated steam.
Compressed air can be injected into the steaming chamber to optimize the final
result on reactive dyes.

Recirculation of fan motors

Flow speed can be reduced to zero in order to limit fold oscillations during
digital processes. Recirculation steam flow is reduced by 50% if compared to
other standard steaming systems on the market, maintaining the same m3/hour.
The internal distribution system ensures steam optimization even at low flow
rate condition.

Variable rod rotation system

This device allows reducing or stopping the standard rotation of rods
avoiding reprints or fabric curling.

Automatic function control and PLC

All machine functions are controlled by a PLC.
Temperature, steam flow, working parameters and settings
can be controlled through HMI easily.
Machine remote control available for immediate service.

❚ DOUBLE STEAM DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM

The special steam distribution system in the treatment chamber
enables important advantages, including: steam consumption
reduction, less need of urea in printing pastes and in digital preparation
process, reduction of the steaming time and consequent increase of
productivity.
Possibility of injecting steam into the chamber in different points
and in different quantities by means of two different lines depending
on the process: whether traditional or digital.

❚ CONTINUOUS CHAINS FOR STICK SUPPORT

This technology allows working without loop fluctuations, avoiding
colour repetition.

❚ FABRIC INTRODUCTION SYSTEM/FABRIC EXTRACTION SYSTEM

Introduction of fabric in the chamber without tension and contact on
the printed side, thanks to a special drum with laser system.
The Arioli steamer prevents the fabric from undergoing uncontrolled
thermal shock and prevents air from entering inside the chamber of
the steaming hood.
The fabric extraction system is a laser system that avoids contact and
friction between the loops.

❚ DRYING IR AT OUTLET SIDE

At outlet side, an IR heated plate acts as a chute to dry the fabric
from humidity and prevent marks or stains. On digital printing, marks
and stains created after the steaming phase could remain even after
washing: this doesn’t occur with the Arioli steamer.
This system avoids maintenance and ensures easy cleaning
and easy operation.

❚ DATA OUTPUT
The machine can be equipped with a data output system in order
to enable diagnostics and setting adjustments, as required by
Industry 4.0.
Modbus TC-IP, OPC-UA available. Other systems can be considered
on request.
