TCIL requires qualified and experienced candidates for the empanelment of Consultant (Project
Manager):

Educational Qualification B.E / B.Tech /M.C.A. with MBA Degree.

PMP/Prince 2 or equivalent Project Management Certification

Upper Age Limit Maximum 62 years as on 01.09.2022

Consolidated emoluments Rs.30,000/- per month

Place of Posting Shimla, Himachal Pradesh

Experience:

➢ The candidate should have minimum 15 years post qualification experience in IT software
project development/Project Management, Out of which 5 years should be as Project
Management. Out of total experience, candidate should have managed 2 IT projects in Govt.
domain and 2 end to end e-governance project in state excise domain.

Job description:
➢ Supervise the team engaged in the implementation of e-governance project
➢ Ensure Quality Output with timely completion of the project
➢ Timely review of the project
➢ Coordination with the client.

Necessary Instructions:-

on project requirement.
3. Experience in the relevant field shall be calculated from the date of attaining the minimum
essential qualifications.
