The Employment Report reveals that 44% of the Specialized Master students at EAE Business School received a job offer before
graduating. Their annual salary rose by 39% a year after finishing their Master to reach an average of €53,331. 60% of our Master
students work away from their home country, with our graduates working in 22 different countries, underlining EAE’s
international profile.
Graduates from our Masters in Marketing and Communication have an average salary of €48,783 euros after finishing the
Master, with an increase of between 23% and 61%, depending on the program format. For graduates from Masters in the field of
Finance and Economics , the average salary is €45,836, with increases from 29% to 49%.
Students who graduated from one of our Operations, Logistics and Data programs earned an average salary of €49,054, with a
rise of between 17% and 52%. Lastly, graduates of our Masters in the area of Human Resources, Leadership and Talent reported a
pay rise of between 34% and 45% to reach an annual average of €65,663.
Other EAE Masters include the Master in International Business in Spanish, graduates of which increased their salary by 41% to
an average salary of €52,229 per year; the Master in International Business in English, on which graduates reported a pay rise of
46% to reach an average of €48,838; the Master in Economic Analysis of Law, with a 19% increase in salary up to an average of
€42,367; and the Master in Entrepreneurship and Innovation, which gave graduates a 35% rise in their salary to reach an average
of €37,200.

worth. As a result, I was able to make a radical shift in my career, with a change of company, sector and country”, explained
Renata Scalchi Caliva, a graduate of the Master in Supply Chain Management & Logistics who now works as a Supply Chain
System Analyst at Primark.
