1 cup Chocolate drink (whole milk)

SNACK:
1 serving waffle
1 cup mango

LUNCH:
1 ½ cup Rice (white)
1 ½ cup Bean sprout w/ Cauliflower
and onions
3 oz Grilled Chicken Breast
1 cup Pineapple

SNACK:
1 cup Ice Cream
1 Muffin

DINNER:
1 cup Pinakbet
3 oz Tilapia Grilled
1 cup Rice
1 slice Custard Pie
8 oz Coke
