NOTICE OF RENT INCREASE IN HOUSE RENTS TO TENANTS 2023/2024

Dear Tenants,

I take this chance to thank you for being a valuable and trustworthy tenant. Allow me to notify you of an
impending increase in yearly rent because of inflation and the recent increase in property taxes.

Note that your current House rent will expire soon. After the expiry date, the new rent will be Le
5,000,000 (Old currency) Le 5,000 (New Currency) for the entire premise. Kindly let me know if you will
renew the rent house on or before February 1st 2023.

Furthermore, there is high grid of house disaster this few months report from Environmental Protection
Agency (EPA), with respect to that I ask that you should stop the use of gas in the house and also the
laundering of cloths.

It’s my hope you will continue living on the property. I treasure the long term relationship we have had as
landlord and tenant.
