How to the Best Version of Yourself

Are you tired of being you? Well, I will share some tips that I’ve learned from the books, podcasts, and
youtubers. You need to apply these tip so that you can bring the best version of you. Those influencer
helped me a lot. They became my comfort whenever I need someone to remind me that I am pretty,
accepted and loved. So now it’s my turn to help you.

Stop seeking validation from people, they won’t help you if you need them. This is not about others so
stop worrying about them, this is about you. It’s time to stop thinking about others, and start to put
yourself first. Being selfish is not bad, it may sound negative but that would be the best thing would ever
do. Being selfish means prioritizing your mental health and well-being. It’s ok if you don’t have friends it
is better than keeping a people that will only bring you down.

And lastly stop hating yourself, instead start self obsessing. Be confident, if you start thinking that you
are pretty and smart people would also see you as pretty and smart. Remember you are a mirror of your
self concept. Never compete, every people has their own strengths. Romanticized your life, be confident
and start reading books or listening to people that can help you bring out the best in you.
