Country Aire Market is a 10,000 sf multi-tenant retail building in Bolingbrook, Illinois. Completed in 2006, the project serves as a home to the first drive-
thru Starbucks in the area, as well as other notable national and local tenants. Considerably upscale in appearance, the building was designed to
create a desirable retail destination, while offering flexibility to its owners.

Properties

We were initially challenged by the developer to maximize the site in ways they had not considered prior. By suggesting the creation of a drive-thru

facility, they were able to attract Starbucks as the primary anchor tenant, which provided the necessary catalyst to do the project.
