หมายเหตุ
1. ผู้สมัครต้องพิมพ์ใบชำระเงินค่าธรรมเนียมการสมัครสอบไปชำระเงินค่าสมัครที่ธนาคารไทยพาณิชย์ทุกสาขา (ภายในระยะเวลาที่กำหนด) เท่านั้น ในกรณีที่
ผู้สมัครสอบไม่ชำระเงินตามระยะวันเวลารับสมัครสอบและชำระเงินค่าสอบตามที่กำหนดจะถือว่าสละสิทธิ์ในการสำรองที่นั่งสอบ
2. กรณีจำนวนผู้สมัครแต่ละรอบไม่ถึง 50 คน ทางศูนย์ฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการยกเลิกการสอบ TOEIC โดยไม่จำเป็นต้องแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า และขอให้ผู้
สมัครสอบต้องมาติดต่อขอรับเงินค่าสมัครสอบคืนได้ที่ศูนย์เชี่ยวชาญด้านภาษาอังกฤษ ชั้น 1 อาคาร HS.02 คณะมนุษยศาสตร์และสังคมศาสตร์
มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น ภายในระยะเวลาที่ทางคณะฯ กำหนด ในวัน - เวลาราชการ โปรดนำหลักฐานการชำระเงินพร้อมบัตรประจำตัวประชาชนมาเพื่อติดต่อ
ขอรับเงินค่าสมัครสอบคืน
3. กรณีผู้สมัครมีความประสงค์ขอเลื่อนสอบผู้สมัครสอบต้องแจ้งให้คณะฯ ทราบก่อนวันสอบ 1 สัปดาห์ มิฉะนั้นจะถือว่าสละสิทธิ์ในการสอบครั้งนั้น
4. วันเวลาสอบและสถานที่สอบอาจมีการเปลี่ยนแปลงข้อมูลโปรดตรวจสอบข้อมูลการสอบในแต่ละเดือนของการสอบ
5. ผู้สอบท่านใดที่เคยได้รับการผ่าตัดหากมีเหล็กในร่างกายขอให้ผู้สอบโทรแจ้งเจ้าหน้าที่ในช่วงระยะเวลารับสมัครสอบของเดือนนั้น และในวันสอบต้องนำ
ใบรับรองแพทย์ที่ระบุว่าท่านมีเหล็กในร่างกายในส่วนใด ใบรับรองแพทย์จากทางโรงพยาบาลฉบับจริง พร้อมระบุอายุการรับรองไม่เกิน 1 ปีก่อนวันสอบ
เท่านั้น เพื่อเป็นหลักฐานในการขออนุญาตเข้าสอบ(หากผู้สอบไม่ปฎิบัติตามรายละเอียดข้างต้น จะถือว่าท่านไม่มีสิทธิ์ในการเข้าสอบ)

อัตราค่าสมัคร : 1. นักศึกษาและบุคลากร มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น ค่าสมัคร 1,700 บาท

2. พนักงานธนาคารแห่งประเทศไทย ค่าสมัคร 1,700 บาท
3. บุคคลทั่วไป ค่าสมัคร 2,300 บาท

Note:
1. The test takers must print the payment slip of the application fee to pay at any branch of Siam Commercial Bank (Only within the
prescribed time). In case of no payment at the prescribed time, the test takers will waive their right on making a seat reservation.
2. If the total number of applicants is less than 50, we will reserve the right to cancel the TOEIC test.
3. Absent test-takers mean waiving their rights and no refund on the test fee under any circumstances.
4. Any test-takers who have had surgery If there is iron in the body. The test takers have to call the staff. During the examination
period of that month Tel. 043-202239 On the test day, test takers must present a medical certificate issued by a hospital accredited
by the Ministry of Public Health. A medical certificate from the hospital Which is no more than 1 year before the exam date, details
the need for the test taker to use that particular medical accessory.
5. Examination dates and test locations are subject to change, please check the exam information for each testing month.

3. Bank of Thailand staffs 1700 baht
4. General people 2300 baht (Only the applicant in this type would have a photo with the test score certificate.)
