Introduction

RJ Star and Javed come with a vast amount of knowledge around the retail industry and strong
financials. We have a “can-do” attitude and strive to be the best at everything we do. We are business
that believes in working hard to provide excellent customer satisfaction, which we feel, ultimately leads
to success. We are highly motivated with strong business acumen to succeed while continuing to strive
for exponential growth beyond our initial goal.

Proposed Markets

Our Objective is to open one additional location per year around Tampa and the surrounding are with
the potential to expand into other cities. Our target is conservative, but we are willing to escalate
growth as long as we can maintain company health.

Management

I will remain as primary owner and operator of the new doors. I will rely on trained members of my staff
and management team to help hire and train additional staff to be knowledgeable on current products
and promotions. Give the tools needed so they can excel in customer service and maintaining
relationships for repeat customers. This would also help maintain the culture of our enterprise which
has contributed greatly to our success so far in other areas. Hire a DM (District Manager) to help assist in
the new stores

Every location will have store manager.

Utilize online recruiting to hire successful staff (Hire Well Now via UM Wireless Master Agent).

We will offer approved, new wireless devices, airtime and appropriate accessories.

General Descriptions

The store will stock cellular phone, charges, cases, screen protectors and other additional cell phone
related accessories.

During my time as retailer, my dedication to excellent customer service has created a very large and
highly loyal customer base. I treat my customers fairly and with respect and in return they continue to
