The petitioner/husband filed this petition u/s 10(i) and 10(x) of Indian
Divorce Act, 1869 praying to pass a decree of divorce dissolving the marriage that
took place on 30.11.2008 between him and the respondent/wife at the petitioner's
house, Veerasingampettai on the ground of cruelty.

A fixed court fee of Rs.50/- is paid Schedule II of the Tamil Nadu Court Fees Act 14/1955.

This petition has come up for final hearing before me on 31.03.2022 in the
presence of Mr.N.Kaliyamoorthy, Learned Advocate appearing for the Respondent
and Mr.B.Sathishkumar, Advocate on record for the petitioner, did not make any
representation and the petitioner also remained absent and in view of non-
compliance of interim order passed by this court in I.A.19/2022 dated 03.03.2022
by the petitioner and upon hearing the arguments on the side of the respondent and
upon perusing the available records, this court passed the following.......

DECRETAL ORDER

1) that the pleading of the petitioner is struck off for non-payment of interim
maintenance as per Order passed in I.A.No.19/2022 dated 03.03.2022 and the
present petition is dismissed accordingly.
2) and that there is no costs.
