MY EXPERIENCE:

Working together with other individuals for an assignment might be a tough endeavor in
certain situations but happily, I worked effectively with my group mates. The choices we
made were anonymous however we paced ourselves individually when it came to finishing
our various sections. Since a group, I feel that we bonded effectively on an interpersonal level
as all five of us were able to make adjustments to any issue collectively. Furthermore, we did
not allow each other an opportunity to become furious at one another since we understood
that this would just produce conflict that would break our flow as a group. There was an
equal division in the quantity of work that we all completed; our efforts were fair and no one
was missing behind. In addition, my group members were fantastic at keeping each other
updated if one of us were not able to attend a group meeting; emails were sent out telling us
what we missed and ideas that were made. Everyone in my group worked according to
deadlines and in coordination with each other; we did not have to badger anybody to finish
work or wait on a member to complete their duty.
As a group, we were able to discuss and construct ideas together so everyone understood
what the other person was writing about to minimize last-minute misunderstanding.
The experience while working with my group was entertaining and nice.Completing the group
project helped me not only to learn about the issue but also to have interactions with people
while doing interviews and group work.
