And the following company benefit will be made available to you. Your formal compensation review will be conducted
twice a year as per standard process of the company.

Company Benefits:
i. 13th salary / THR (THR will calculate based on average from total paid in a year).
ii. Performance Bonus is 10% max from total paid for one year (13th salary/ THR excluded). Will be given in
accordance to work performance and company’s improvement.
iii. 16 holiday days, 12 days annual leave as per attached PTO rules.

Rules:
i. Savings is paid when the employee resigns, retires or is laid off. In the case of resignation, the employee must have
worked for 3 years, or finished their contract.
ii. For permanent; According to Indonesian law, savings will be used to cover any severance in the event of a layoff.
a. If savings are insufficient to cover severance, Formulatrix will pay the difference.
b. If savings is greater than severance, only get saving.
iii. Savings will not be paid if the employee is fired for cause.

Inventions and Proprietary Information Agreement

To: FORMULATRIX

In consideration of my desire to enter into, or continue in, a business relationship with the Company as an employee or
consultant and of the compensation to be received by me, I agree:

(a) to disclose and I hereby assign to the Company as its exclusive property, all ideas, writings, inventions, discoveries,
improvements and technical or business innovations made or conceived by me, whether or not patentable or
copyrightable, either solely or jointly with others during the period of my business relationship with the Company and
for a period of one year following termination thereof for any reason, whether or not made or conceived during regular
hours of work or otherwise, (i) which are along the lines of the business, work or planned activities of the Company or
(ii) which result from or are suggested by any work which I may do for the Company;

and innovations in any and all countries;

(b) to execute all necessary papers and otherwise provide proper assistance (at the Company’s expense), during and
subsequent to our business relationship, to enable the Company to obtain, maintain or enforce for itself or its
nominees, patents, copyrights or other legal protection for such ideas, writings, inventions, discoveries, improvements

(c) to promptly deliver to the Company at the termination of my business relationship for any reason and at any other
time as the Company may request, all written records or ideas, writings, inventions, discoveries, improvements or
innovations as well as all memoranda, notes, records, schedules, plans or other documents, made by, compiled by,
delivered to, or possessed by me concerning the business or work of the Company or any product, apparatus, or
process manufactured, used, developed or investigated by the Company; such memoranda, notes, records, schedules,
plans or other documents shall at all times be the property of the Company;

(d) to maintain, during my business relationship with the Company and thereafter, strict confidentiality regarding all
proprietary information of the Company, including, without limitation, any trade secrets or confidential information
with respect to the business, work, anticipated activities, products, customers, and business models, and not to use
any such information for any purpose other than as required to fulfill my duties to the Company;

(e) not to disclose to the Company or use in my work with the Company (i) any proprietary information of any of my prior
employers or of any other third party, such information including, without limitation, any trade secrets or confidential
information of such prior employer or other third party, or (ii) any ideas, writings, inventions, discoveries,

improvements or innovations of my own which are not included within the scope of paragraph (a) of this agreement;

(f) Given that the Company is working on protein crystallization automation, microfluidics liquid handling, PCR, and
laboratory automation. I understand that the Company is particularly cautious to avoid hiring any employees or
consultants for whom working within these markets would be essential to their livelihood or who cannot agree in
advance to non- competition assurances; and, understanding the following restrictions and feeling that they are fair
and reasonable, I agree that during my business relationship with the Company, and for a period of one year
thereafter, I will not, directly or indirectly, in any capacity:
(i) hire or attempt to hire or assist any other person in hiring or attempt to hire an employee of the Company, or an
individual who was an employee within six months prior to the end of my business relationship with the
Company, or in encouraging an employee or any other person affiliated with the Company to terminate or alter

his or her relationship with the Company;

(ii) encourage or assist any other person in encouraging any customer or supplier of the Company to terminate or
alter its relationship with the Company; or
(iii) sell or market or assist any other person in selling or marketing any product or service that competes, directly or
indirectly, with any product or service offered or under development by the Company at the time the business
relationship was terminated; or
(iv) research, develop or manufacture or assist any other person in such activities relating to any product or service
that competes with any product or service conceived, manufactured, sold or under development by the Company
at the time the business relationship was terminated;

and that in order to assure that I do not breach any of the foregoing provisions, I agree that for a period of one year
following termination of our business relationship I will not accept employment with, advise, provide consulting
services to or acquire an interest in any business that directly or indirectly competes with the Company.

This agreement replaces all previous agreements relating in whole or in part to the same or similar matters between me
and the Company. It may not be modified or terminated, in whole or in part, except in writing signed by the Company.
Discharge of my undertakings in this agreement shall be an obligation of my executors, administrators and other legal
representatives or assigns. I acknowledge that breach of my agreements here could cause irreparable harm to the
Company, and the Company may seek injunctive relief or other equitable remedies in addition to any other legal remedies
that may be available to it. I further agree that in the event of a breach, the Company shall be entitled to recover from me (i)

the amount of all damages caused to the Company, (ii) the value of any benefits received by me as a result of the breach
or its proceeds, and (iii) reasonable attorney fees incurred in enforcing this agreement.

I represent that, except as identified on a Schedule to this Agreement that is initialed by the Company, I have no
agreements with or obligations to others in conflict with the foregoing.
