OUTRIGGER LEG INSTALLATION
HIAB 200C with fixed outrigger legs, is supplied
from factory with the outrigger legs installed
facing upwards on account of the transport space.
When the outrigger leg is turned during installa-
tion, the screw joint should be tightened
alternately. Tightening torque 180 Nm.

Dismantling Assembly
1. Pressurize the piston rod end of the cylinder 1. Lubricate all seals with oil or grease. Lubri-

4. Pull out the outrigger piston/rod assembly 8
with the top nut.
5. Unscrew the support plate 1 and remove
the top nut.
6. Remove and replace all the seals 2, 3, 5, 6
and 9. Clean and inspect all sliding and
sealing surfaces, guide ring 11, chromed 10
surfaces and threads for corrosion and wear.
