COMMENT

The repondent, Virgilio O. Interia, by counsel, and to this Honorable

Court respectfully prays that in the interest of justice , its comment on the

above-tiled case be ADMITTED , having been filed outside of the period

allowed under Rule 65 of the Rules of Court, for the reason that our

supervising lawyers are overloaded with cases , that this Comment had to

strictly follow the “ first come first serve “ policy of the Legal Aid Clinic.

WHEREFORE, it is respectfully prayed for that the respondent’s

COMMENT in the above-titled case be ADMITTED.
