Project Definition
Project Overview:

Provide below a high level statement below as to what this project is and why this project is needed
and/or what business needs it addresses. This information can be extracted from the Project Charter.

Our client want to build an abacus related app in which app will them to take test of their
student and student be able to practise on that plateform so that they can improve their
performance and also has an admin module which help them to control the application and also
monitore the students performance.

Product Description:
Specifically state the actual products and/or services that will be delivered by this project

We are going to develop the App which is related to the Abacus our application will help
register user by accepting fees. And our application also help their audince to practise and give
the test scheduled by admin by using admin portale. Our application also has seprate accounts
of their audince and also be able to check their performance our application also has delete
update and create user functionality to admin by providing good adminportable.

Completion Criteria
List all the criteria that need to be achieved in order for the project to be ‘accepted’ by the users and
for the project to be declared ‘completed’

Assumptions could relate to internal factors (e.g. availability of internal resources, financial control
processes, the organizational culture, etc.) or external factors (e.g. local marketplace conditions, the
influences/authority of external regulatory bodies, etc.)

# Assumptions: Availability:
1. Free bug-fixing for a year.
Bugs will be fixed in order of priority, low, medium, and high.
LEVELS OF BUG PRIORITY
High (P1). The defect is critical to the product and has to be resolved as soon as
possible.
Medium (P2). The error doesn’t require urgent resolution and can be fixed within a day–
for example, during the next sprint.
Low (P3). The bug isn’t serious, so it can be resolved after the critical defects are fixed
within Two days.
2. Application will be created in accordance with PMS document.
3. Any additional requirements that you may have that are not covered by the PMS
document will result in an increase in cost to meet those requirements.
4. Only the application will be delivered by us. The code base won't be able to be shared.
Charges will be applied in accordance with standards if the codebase needed.
5. Once the UI design is finalized, changes are not possible.

We promise to offer the best solution to your issues, and we are in charge of delivering the
thoroughly tested application, ensuring that there is no chance of encountering high-severity bugs.
