  INTRODUCTION

 The "Art Gallery" has been developed to override the problems prevailing in
the practicing manual system. This software is supported to eliminate and in
some cases reduce the hardships faced by this existing system. Moreover this
system is designed for the particular need of the company to carry out
operations in a smooth and effective manner.
 The application is reduced as much as possible to avoid errors while
entering the data. It also provides error message while entering invalid data. No
formal knowledge is needed for the user to use this system. Thus by this all it
proves it is user-friendly.
 Functional Requirements

 Provides the searching facilities based on various factors. Such as Arts, Order
Update, Customer, Stock
 Art Gallery also manage the Art Gallery details like Customer details, Stock details,
and Arts.
 It tracks all the information of Order, Arts stock, Customer etc
 Shows the information and description of the Arts, Order Update.
 It deals with monitoring the information and transactions of Customer
 Manage the information of Arts
 Editing, adding and updating of Records is improved which results in proper
resource management of Arts data
 Integration of all records of Stock
 Non- Functional Requirements

 Security: Data regarding all the paintings, artists, art gallery details, exhibition
details is stored safely and securely.
 Performance: We can retrieve data of any artist, his painting, exhibition details
within fraction of seconds So our system gives a very high performance
 Usability: Our system is very easy to use for naive users. It is a user friendly
system with very minimal complexity
 Reliability: Our system is very less prone to failure. It is easy to maintain. It is
easily available anywhere, anytime 24/7
 Scalability: We can add more and more artist records, painting records, exhibition
details records to our database without any issue
 Software Interfaces

 The product user interface (WUI) is independent of, and communicates with,
all operating systems e.g. Windows, Linux.
 The product requires postgreSQL database.
