 When I was two years old, my family moved to a new house because we wanted
to have our own house and my mother was pregnant, We had a big house, and
my sister and I grew up there, My little sister and I used to play together all the
time, our favorite toy was a toy kitchen and we used to play that we had a
restaurant.

By the way, I loved candies when I was a child, my favorite candies were color
pills named SMARTIES.

How are things with you? What’s new? I have noticed for you, I moved to a
new apartment! Do you remember that I lived in my parent’s house? I decided to
become independent! My new apartment is so pretty, the location is just as
convenient as the old house but there aren’t as many good restaurants around.
The new apartment is more comfortable, I’m very happy because I have my
bedroom and my own space, it has only one bathroom but the rent isn’t
expensive, I have as much privacy as I had. I hope you can visit me soon, I love

 Hi, today we will learn how to prepare POUTINE, for this we will need some
ingredients

INGREDIENTS:
- Water
- Oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- Fries
- Cheese curds

 HOW TO PREPARE:
 First cut potatoes into equally sized pieces and soak them in cold
water.
Then season with oil, salt, and pepper, and next fry airs them.
After that assemble poutine by placing hot fries on a plate or even
in a paper boat or bowl and finally top with cheese curds.

I’m so glad you’re going to visit Colombia! Don’t forget that you need your
passport to enter the country, As you know Colombia is one of the most
beautiful countries in the world so you should bring your camera, definitely, you
should try some local specialties like Ajiaco Santafereño, Bandeja paisa, and
Empanadas, those are my favorite foods, You shouldn't bring a lot of cash, but
remember to have some to buy souvenirs, Some of my favorite places here are
Parque del café, Guatape, and Caño Cristales, enjoy this country, you should rest
