WRITING TASK ENGLISH

Task 1:
Unit 1

When I was five years old, my family moved to Canada for new work and study
opportunities. We lived in a big house with six rooms, a large swimming pool and a
garden where my mother grew fruits and vegetables. We used to get up early with
my brothers to go to school but when we got home we had lunch together and we
started doing homework to have a little time and play. When we finished we played
hide and seek, we practiced soccer and we did swimming races, on Saturdays and
Sundays with our parents we went to the beach, parks and at the end of the day
we went to the history and art museums for a while. As we grew older, our fathers
gave my two older brothers two dogs and my sister and I were given rabbits so that
we could take care of them and protect them.

Task 2:
Unit 3

Dear Andrea,
How are you? Imagine that a few days ago I moved into my new apartment! Do
you remember my old apartment? I didn't have enough space. My new apartment
has huge bedrooms and two bathrooms! My old apartment was very dark, but my
new apartment is brighter. In my old apartment I didn't have enough windows in the
rooms and in the bathroom, but in my new apartment there are enough windows.
My old apartment was not safe enough to live in, now my new apartment is safer
too live in.
