STAKEHOLDERS’ MEETING

II. Meeting Proper

 According to Ma’am Nora C. Odita, School Head, our District Supervisor did
not approve the face-to-face induction ceremony.
 Virtual induction will be done.
 GPTA School Project: Continuation of the School Perimeter Fencing. Mr. Carlos
Arceño agree, and the rest of the parents, that fencing be the priority project.
 School Head said handwashing facility and other Health Materials will be
shouldered by the MOOE.
 Solicitation letters will be fielded by the GPTA.
 The School Head mentioned that the GPTA suggested that parents will be
contribute one (1) hollow blocks/sand.
 Mrs. Lita Dado, suggested that each student must give one (1) hollow block &
one (1) sack of sand. The parents & teachers agreed.
 Solicitations will be handed to the GPTA treasurer, & will be recorded by the
class advisers.
 SGC chairperson will donate fifty (50) pcs. Hollow blocks.
 Stakeholders’ group chat must be created for reporting purposes.
 Mrs. May Marquito also pledge another fifty (50) hollow blocks.
 School Head thanked the parents for their cooperation in making the school
grounds clean.
 School Pintakasi will be done monthly (for Gulayan sa Paaralan), to start on
November.
 Regional Validation for SBM: the school is Level 3n& must be maintained.
 The school will be applying for additional Senior High School Strand/Track.
 The school is applying for separation (for Annex) from Homonhon National
High School but was disapproved. The school, now, is applying for
establishment of school & is processing required documents.
 School Head also mentioned the failures/failing students last school year. She
asked the parents to help their children. Teachers will also be visiting learners
at home.
 Pilot testing of Limited face-to-face: Taft National High School (Secondary) &
San Julian Elementary School (Elementary)
 Ma’am Annie told the parents that there will be rollout on Homeroom
Guidance Program, to be facilitated by ma’am Bernarda Muldez.
 SGC Election 2021-2022, facilitated by ma’am Antonia S. Bagoyoro

  Reading of duties & responsibilities of SGC by the newly elected officers.
 Mrs. Lita Dado suggested that the hollow block & sand contribution be
monetized, with 50.00 per parent. Mr. Arceño and the rest of the parents
agreed to prevent the hollow blocks from being broken. This project however is
not obligatory on the part of the parents.
 The meeting ended with statement of support from parents.
