Description
StrongWrap Encap Resin is two component, solvent Free Epoxy Resin for adhesive of FRP - carbon wrap
and glass wrap application, especially used for damp and wet areas.

Application Instructions:

1. Prepare all equipment and tools needed for mixing resin and application of FRP.
2. Prepare and cut the size need for FRP (Aramid, Carbon or Glass Fabric) which will be applied.
3. Lay the FRP fabric on PE sheet on the even floor surfaces.
4. Mix 1 set of StrongWrap Encap Resin EWP in the suitable bowl or pail by using slow speed drill
mixer until homogeneous mix. Partial mixing is allowable but must follow base : hardener (2 :
1) proportion.
5. Apply Encap Resin EWP evenly by using suitable brush or rollers to the concrete surface
already primed with StrongWrap EWP.
6. Apply FRP sheet already cut its size to the area of application.
7. Apply the FRP carefully by hand. Make sure there is no air trapped between FRP and concrete
surface.
