(One way in which you may do this is through the Bight Ki Masters. The Ki Masters are powerful spiritual figures that each possess their own signature technique (leat). Scattered throughout the world, a monk may seek out a master to train under. However, their knowledge and gifts are not free, and are only rewarded to a pupil able to prove themselves worth. You can use your reaction to deflect melee attack. When you do so, the damage you take from the attack reduced by 1410+ your Dexterity modifer+ your Ifyou reduce the damage to 0, you may spend 1 ki point to make an unarmed strike against the source of the attack as, part ofthe same reaction, i they are within your reach, ENLIGHTENMENT Prerequisite: Atleast four levels in the Monk class You attain a transcendent level of spiritual insight that clevates your mind beyond its worldly confines. You gain the following benefits: + You gain a number of ki points equal to your half your proficiency, rounded up. Whenever your proficiency bonus nereases to an odd number thereafter you gain an additional ki point + Whenever you would roll dice fora monk class feature, (such as Martial Arts, Deflect Missiles, etc.) vou may scale ‘up any number of those dice by one increment, up to a d12. SCALING DICE When you scale up a dice, you increase the size of. the dice. Once per turn, you may use the Attack action to make a special Fire Fist attack. Ifyou are able to make multiple attacks with the Attack action, this replaces one of them. ‘The Fire Fist attack is an unarmed strike and has a reach of 10 feet. Some disciplines have a ki cost (or initial activation cost) of. This feature may reduce the ki cost of such disciplines to 0. When you do, you are not considered to have spent ki for other clase features. You can cast the spell as a ritual, and once per day, you may expend a ki point to cast it ‘as an action. When you gain this feat, select one of the spells ‘normal form options (other than fish). Whenever you have an active familiar ofthe chosen form, you gain the following benefits: + You gain each ofthe familiar’s special traits (which appear after a creature's challenge rating but before any actions or reactions). Ifa trait specifies the creature by name, that ‘name is changed to "you" + Asan action, you may grant your familiar temporary hit points equal fo your monk level + your proficiency bonus * your Wisdom modifier. Once you use this ability, you can't do so again until you complete a short or long rest. + Asan action, while the familiar is within 5 feet of you, it can use its action to grant you an attack. When it does, you ‘may make an immediate single unarmed strike. Zirds, the Dawnwaker | Jesper Elsing SPIRIT DOUBLE Prerequisite: Atleast four levels in the Monk class ‘Asan action, you may create an ethereal projection of yourself that lasts for 1 minute, or until you lose your ‘concentration (as if you were concentrating on a spell). The ‘projection appears ina space within 5 feet of you, and ifitis ‘ever more than 120 feet away from you, it disipates, For the duration, whenever you spend 1 or more ki points, you can make an immediate unarmed strike though you were in the projection’s space, but you must use your own senses. Anattack made from a projection does not benefit from magical items, spells or effects that would provide a bonus to, attack and/or damage rolls At the end of each of your turns, you may move the projection a number of feet equal o your movement speed. ‘The projection's space is considered to be unoccupied. ‘ter you use this feature to create a projection, you may not use it again until after you finish a short or long rest. ‘VIRTUOUS TATTOOIST Prerequisite: Atleast four levels in the Monk class You learn how to use ink and needles to imbue creatures ‘with magical tattoos that represent their dedication to a Virtue or a cause. You gain the following benefits: + Atthe end of along rest, you may select a spell from the paladin spell lst ofa level equal to or lower than your proficiency bonus, and give yourself tattoo that represents that spell. At the end of a long rest, you may select a Ist level spell from the paladin spell ist, and give one willing creature a tattoo that represents that spell ‘When you tattoo a creature, you must provide any material components required to cast the chosen spell ‘A creature can casta spell you have tattooed on them. “without expending a spell sot, and may ignore any required ‘material components. The tattoo glows faintly when the spell is cast, and for its duration. Once the spell ends, the tattoo vanishes from the caster’ skin.
