MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT, made and executed in Lucena City, this day of
August, 2014, by and between WELMANVILLE DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, a domestic corporation
with principal place of business at Lucena City, represented by its President/C.O.O., DENNIS R. LEVERIZA,
of legal age, Filipino and with above- stated postal address, herein after referred to as the VENDOR; and
ROMAN CATHOLIC BISHOP LEAGUE OF LUCENA, CHURCH OF ST. JOSEPH, a domestic corporation with
principal place of business at Brgy. Isabang, Tayabas City, represented by _________________________
hereinafter referred to as the VENDEE.

WITHNESSETH:
WHEREAS, THE VENDOR is the legal and registered owner of the following described parcel of the land
with improvements, to wit:

TRANSFER OF CERTIFICATE OF TITLE NO. T- 528111

A parcel of land (Lot 20, Blk. 55 of subd. Plan, Psd- 04-224272, being a portion of Lot 986- B,
(LRC) Psd- 277054 and Parcel 2 of TCT No. T-482126, LRC Record No. 11928, 606), situated in the Brgy.
Of Isabang, Mun. of Tayabas, Prov. of Quezon, Island of Luzon. Bounded on the SE., along line 1-2 by Lot
10, Blk. 48; on the SW., along line 2-3 by Road Lot 3; on the NW., along line 3-4 by Lot 8, Blk. 48; on the
NE., along line 4-1 by Legal Easement (3.00 m. wide) and beyond by Creek, all of the subd. Plan
xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx containing an area of THIRTY SIX (36) SQUARE METERS.

WHEREAS, THE VENDEE is looking for a property to give/award as a grand prize for the raffle project it
will hold to raise funds for the construction of a parochial church located in Brgy. Isabang and is
interested to purchase the above mentioned property if the VENDOR will give it with the big discount.

WHEREAS THE VENDOR has agreed to sell the said property to the VENDEE with the big discount.

NOW THERE FOR, for in consideration of the premises and other valuable considerations, the VENDOR
and the VENDEE have agreed to the following:

1. The price of the property shall only be SIX HUNDRED SEVENTY THOUSAND (₱670,000.00)
PESOS.

2. The VENDEE obligates him/ herself to pay to the VENDOR the sum of SIX HUNDRED SEVENTY
THOUSAND PESOS (Php 670,000.00) Philippine Currency, in the following manner:

a.) P 80,000.00 September 1,2014

b.) P 90,000.00 October 1, 2014
c.) P 100,000.00 November 1, 2014
d.) P 110,000.00 December 1, 2014
e.) P 120,000.00 January 1, 2015
f.) P 170,000.00 February 1, 2015

3. The VENDEE shall issue postdated checks for the above enumerated payments. In case of
the default in the payment of any installment or portion thereof, penalty of 2% per month
of the unpaid amount will be charge thereon.
 4. The VENDOR shall transfer directly the ownership of the property in the name of the
Awardee to be named by the VENDEE. All and any expenses for the said transfer of the
property shall be for the account to the VENDEE/AWARDEE.

IN WITNESS HEREOF, the contracting parties hereto have signed these presents at the place and on the
date first above- mentioned.

issued at Lucena City on January 13, 2014; known to me to be the same persons who executed the
foregoing Memorandum of Agreement and acknowledged to me that the same their free and voluntary
act and deed.

This Memorandum of Agreement consist of two (2) pages including this page on which
acknowledgment is written, signed by the parties and their instrument witnesses on each and every
page hereof.
