SUBJECT : Spot Report re: robbery homicide incident involving a CICL
resulting to death of Mark Panuncio Y Zenaida
DATE : March 30, 2022

1. In the morning of March 30, 2022 at 7:30 am at 420 Bautista st. Quiapo Manila
barangay 385 zone 40.

2. Marlo Madrigal Y Angon A CICL age 14 residing at 651 Sales Street, Sta. Cruz,
Manila in the morning of March decided to rob Mark Panuncio Y Zenaida who
was currently asleep, at that time during the time of the robbery the victim woke
up and confronted the suspect the two had a scuffle which led to the suspect
grabbing a knife and accidentally stabbing the victim through his jugular resulting
in his immediate death, after the incident the suspect proceeded to escape but
was later captured at his home.

3. The suspect was taken into custody where he was searched by a same gender
officer, after the search was complete not later than 8 hours the CICL was turned
over to the Social Welfare and Development Office representative and the child’s
guardians and Public Attorney’s Office shall were notified of such apprehension.
