Typical day

An Alarm sounds cell phone, I get up, and go to the shower, then I go to prepare
6:45 am
breakfast; and I’m usually in a hurry.

I address the whereabouts, almost always the buses are full, but occasionally I hope
7:10 am
more than 10 minutes. Then I have to change at another bus to get to my workplace.

After more than 40 minutes I get to work, then under the bus and then take a walk to
8:50 am my work center, normally in five minutes path.

Upon arrival I stand on my desk to coordinate the tasks of the day. In the morning the
9:00 am wind is strong, almost always happens in winter; however, on Friday morning calms a
bit.

At noon, it's time to have lunch with officemates, we almost never left apart, the
12:00 m length of time is one hour and at 2:00 O'clock we must return. At Christmas time can
be prolonged.

Sometimes at 5 pm we went out to buy bread and juice, but the weekend is always.
5:00 pm Office sometimes gets stressful but we have some speakers to listen to music and so
to calm the minds.

At seven arrive departure time. Group moved into the whereabouts. Sometimes I go
7:00 pm
to the jockey plaza with friends, usually at the weekend.

7:30 pm At the bus stop, back home.

8:50 pm Come home, tired but happy to arrive safely.

9:30 pm In the evening, a small dinner watching tv reporter of program.

10:30 pm At 10:30 o'clock I will go over a bit I made at work and review a little English.

11:30 pm At 11:30 pm personal cleanliness.

12:00 pm Finally, very tired I sleep.
