DECISION
To Revoke the ODU Ceragon IP20C from OUE269 to transfer to CEN026

Based on the power of BOD;

Based on the function and duties of Infrastructure Department;
Based on the current status of network;
Purpose: To Revoke the ODU Ceragon IP20C from OUE269 to transfer to CEN026
DECISION:
Article 1. According to the implementation plan to revoke the ODU Ceragon IP20C
from OUE269 to transfer to CEN026 that is listed in attached Annex 01.
Article 2. OUE2 Branch is responsible for clarifying equipment with Asset
Management department to transfer to CEN Branch.
Article 3. The Department/team in Company, Provinces/city Branches and
entities related are responsible for the implementation of this decision.
Article 4. The decision takes effect from the signed date. In the process of
implementing, any problems can be adjusted according to actual.
The material in the list in attached Annex 01.
