in JNJ this is because he has 3.2 million shares, this
since he joined JNJ in 1998
Joaquin Duato External Joaquin Duato is CEO of JNJ he is the second majoritay
shareholder with one millions of shares, Joaquin Duato
became the CEO replacing Alex Gorsky who is
Paulus Stoffels External This man in here is in top 3 of the shareholders, he
counts with 870,000. His job and his position is very
important, because he is the former scientific director
of this company.
Jennifer Taubert External She is the fourth largest shareholder in the company,
she counts with about 454,000 shares, her job is also
one of the most important because she is the leader of
J&J´s pharmaceutical investigation division, and also is
the one who leads the operating Committee of the
pharmaceutical Group.
Joseph Wolk External And last but not the least is Joseph Wolk with over
100,000 shares, he is CFO

essential, it also offers medical care, JNJ have products for in
some cases help quitting the smoking habits like, Benadryl or
Motrin.
Babies & Children External For babies JNJ focuses the most in shampoos, but also have
product for helping passing through the pain, shampoos are
not just for babies, they can be also for adults, but it mainly
centrates in babies

An owner or owners are the people who is in charge of the control of the operational and
monetary aspects of a business

Robert wood Johnson Internal ones that found JNJ in 1886,
Edward Mead Johnson a company that in 1887 was
totally a success until now.

Are the ones that are in charge of administrating the business and watch for not suffering
losses
