STEP 1. Place 1/2 envelope of dry yeast in half a glass


of warm water. Add sugar and leave for a few
minutes. In a bowl place 1/2 kilo of common flour. You
can add oatmeal, seeds, bran, to taste. Add the salt
and pepper. Make a hole in the middle and add 4
tablespoons of oil and the yeast that you left in the
glass. Add water little by little to form a soft dough.
Let rise for an hour and stretch. Cut into squares to fill.

STEP 2. Cut the onions, garlic and bell peppers into


small cubes. Saute in oil. Finely chop the cabbage.
