“Akira Yoshizawa's Origami Butterfly”

"Technology is the result of people's freedom."

Akira Yoshizawa was a Japanese origamist who was regarded as the grandmaster of the

craft. He is credited with transforming origami from a hobby into a living art form. I

connect Akira Yoshizawa's origami butterfly with my own perspective on technology

because the origami butterfly, like technology, represents change and freedom. I think

technology is the result of people's freedom because I believe that freedom is a very

powerful element that all people possess. Because of that, we all have the ability to

create things that can help change or improve our way of living, and that thing is called

technology. Akira Yoshizawa demonstrates the power of freedom by folding an origami

butterfly. He shows how our freedom can create things with our own hands—things that

can inspire people, give them hope, and improve their lives—and how simply using our

own freedom can bring about change. The same holds true for technology. I believe

that technology is the result of people's freedom, and that freedom can lead to

significant changes in technology.
