1.1 That approval be and is hereby given for the Company to open and maintain deposit
account (“the Account”) with Public Bank Berhad…….(“the Bank”)

1.2 That the following persons be and are hereby authorized to do such acts and execute
any and or all such documents as may be required by the Bank in respect of the opening
and operation of the Account:

1.4 That the Bank be and is hereby empowered, whether the Company’s Account is in credit
or not, to honour Cheques, Bills of exchange and Promissory Notes drawn, accepted or
made on behalf of the Company and to act on any instructions and accept any receipts or
other documents relating to the account, transactions or affairs of the Company provided
they are signed on behalf of the Company as mentioned above.

1.5 That the authorized person provide the Bank with their personal particulars, their
specimen signatures, specimen chop or rubber stamp of the company and any other
information as may be required by the Bank for the purposed if the opening and operating
the Account.

1.6 That the authorized person be and are hereby authorized to instruct in writing the
transfer of the fund from the Account to any on behalf of the Company.

1.7 That we had not adopted a constitution at the point of the company’s incorporation.
Should the company in the future decide to adopt a constitution, we undertake to forward to
the Bank the copy of the special resolution for adopting a constitution (as stipulated under
section 32 (1) of the Companies Act 2016) and a copy of the constitution for the Bank’s
safekeeping.
