Terms & Conditions

1) The above packages are valid until 31st December 2019.
2) Rates based on 20sec TVCs. Other TVC duration will be pro-rated accordingly.
3) All the spots will be scheduled on ROS basis within the time belts by station, subject to airtime availability.
4) All the packages are subject to the current prevailing government tax (SST at 6%).
5) All spots in the package to be utilised within consecutive 4 weeks from date of commencement of the campaign.
6) All bookings to be sent in one (1) media order.
7) No changes in the package permitted, unless the programme runs out. The spots will be placed in other belts of the same package.
8) For any programme pre-emption, the spots will be replaced with programme of the same cost and genre.
9) Media Prima reserves the right to amend the rate or time belts or discontinue the packages from time to time.
