This invention relates in general to the food industry but more particularly to
food trades and food enthusiasts. Too much consummation of oil from the food we
eat is very harmful to our health. This invention is related to the food industry and
beneficial for food enthusiast wherein this invention extracts oil from the fried foods
such as fried chicken, fries etc. This is made of plastic container, syringe, and glass
sealant. This tool will be very helpful to lessen your oil intake and unable you to eat
greasy food. Lastly, this invention is easy to use, beneficial and durable.

This chapter includes the background of the study, objectives of the study,
conceptual framework of the study, significance of the study, definitions of terms
used in the study, and the scope and limitations of the study.

As shown in figure 1, are the input, process, output, outcome model adopted
in the conduct of the study. As input, the research pinpointed and recognized the
product persona. In this study the product persona focused on those who are involved
in using food dehydrator such as food enthusiasts. As to the process, the research
contemplates the different possible design concept and be able to identify what

materials are needed. Although these materials can be found in local markets, the
research still calculate this exact possible location for its appropriate material.
The output of the study is the food dehydrator that will be a useful, handy, and
manageable while maintaining the health of those people and industries who are
involve and loves to eat oily foods. Food enthusiasts such oily foods lovers eat their
foods while maintaining their good health by taking vitamins to lessen the oils they
take. But having food dehydrator eliminates this old process in which they can be
healthier while eating lesser oils in oily foods they like, plus taking vitamins will add
more health than before. The outcome of this research will contribute to the food
industries and even in food enthusiasts where these issues or problems can be solved.
