Title: Brave
What is it about?
 The film tells the story of a princess named Merida who defies an age-old custom,
causing chaos in the kingdom by expressing the desire not to be betrothed.
What is it for?
 The movie is suitable for children, Brave's central theme and plot is a mother-
daughter relationship: how Queen Elinor wants Merida to behave (like a lady) and
how Merida wants to be free.
2. Novel
Title: The Notebook
What is it all about?
 The Notebook is an achingly tender story about the enduring power of love, a
story of miracles that will stay with you forever.
What is it for?
 The novel is suitable for age above 12 years old. It as for enlightenment that in the
world of The Notebook, love overcomes all: class, logic, and even disease.

Title: No man is an island by John Donne
What is it made of?
 The poem is a fourteen-line sonnet that does not follow either of the standard
sonnet forms, Petrarchan or Shakespearean.

What is it style?
 Franco’s music titled Lost in your universe is credited for having boosted the
Cebu rock style.

How good is it?
 Sydney's best-known landmark. It is famous as one of the most-photographed
buildings in the world, known for its unique use of a series of gleaming white sail-
shaped shells as its roof structure.

The traditional Filipino Attire: Barong Tagalog
How good is it?
 Barong tagalog seems like a very unassuming shirt often worn on special
occasions. Barong Tagalog can be one of the most stunning, elegant pieces of
artwork one could ever wear, incredibly rich with history and pride. Like, it’s
been through a lot. So unique in all its embroidered glory, the barong hints at a
story behind its patterns.
