Yoga is essentially a spiritual discipline, which focuses on bringing harmony between mind and
body. As you can see on the pictures above you can see that I’m doing the basic yoga exercise
for the beginners like me. While doing the exercise I feel each and every muscle on my body that
comes alive and I feel like I’m being empowered both physically and mentally. It was an
absolutely incredible experience when doing the yoga because it taught me how to breath
properly, we know breathing is important and yoga is emphasized on focusing on every breath of
your body. It increased my awareness of my body. It helped me realize where my flexibility
needs improvement and which parts of my body are more painful and tight in particular poses. It
aids in tuning into yourself and doing so gives you a fantastic pleasure.
