environment or marketplace. Organizational Knowledge possesses because it helps companies
understand the relationship that drives their company. And it's a guide to becoming an
accountant, too.

2. How will you define environmental scanning? Explain why it is important.

Environmental scanning is an activity that helps a company recognize opportunities and risks in
its ecosystem to implement new strategies and goals that will enhance its success in the industry.

3. As a manager, is it always beneficial to conduct a formal search? Explain your answer

Yeah, because of the formal search, the manager will know what else needs to be done to boost
the company and learn what else is lacking.

4. What is strategic information? Explain your answer.

Information systems are systems that help or shape the strategic strategy of a business unit or
organization. Strategic Information refers to the evidence used by the company to accomplish its
objectives.

organizations?

Organizations are groups of people intentionally formed together to serve a goal by organized
and orchestrated strategies and plans. Social concern helps the company to survive and prosper,
they must adapt, manipulate, and balance forces in their external environments.

SWOT Analysis allows the company to consider the strengths, limitations, opportunities, and
risks associated with the completion of the enterprise. It also allows the company to identify
what is right and what needs to be improved in the organization.

Geopolitics is complex, not statistic. It represents international realities and the global
constellation of influence resulting from the interaction of geography on the one side and
technology and economic growth on the other. When it comes to political independence It can
have a significant effect on politics because everyone has the right or the freedom to talk and
they have the opinion that can influence the decision of the government if it has a strong netizen
impact.

Economic issues have a significant effect on the growth and development of a nation, and
globalization is one of the key determinants of competition. Globalization means closer
integration of the national economy through trade and financial flows, as well as through the
movement of citizens through borders. Globalization is theorizing that a wider range of products,
services, technologies, medicines, and information would give the world more economic
development.

Technology makes knowledge accessible to decision-makers, helping to enhance the consistency

and pace of decision-making. Technology also makes it possible for people to work together so
that they can make joint business decisions. Organizations use communication technology to
update staff on management decisions and to ensure that the right people execute those
decisions.

It is a crucial concern when it comes to the environment, since the one that creates the
environmental problem is human. Earth's environment is shifting in response to growing
concentrations of greenhouse gasses (GHGs) and particulate matter in the atmosphere, primarily
as a result of human activities. Protecting the world should be practice, so human beings and the
