Dear Sir,

I on behalf of myself and other tenants residing at 7B, Haralal Mitra Street, Kolkata –
700003, Ward No. – 7 would like to bring to your notice that on 13 th, February, 2022 there was a fire at
the electric meter box room in the said premises.

We subsequently informed the CESC office, whose personnel arrived and doused the fire.
However subsequently the informed us that they will be able to fix the meters in a safe and proper
manner. Which is very essential to prevent any further hazard or accident. To do such we will have to
renovate the meter box room.

The residents of the said premises have decided to jointly take up the renovation to ensure
safety of the premises and its neighboring premises.

We request your kind intervention and help in the matter.
