1. Dishonesty – any act which shows lack of integrity or a
disposition to defraud, cheat.
2. Falsification of Official Documents – as a rule is the
misrepresentation of a thing, fact or condition, certifying
that a thing is true when it is not, whether one has the right
to make the representation or certification.
3. Refusal to Perform Official Duty – any act of conduct of
officer or tribunal under a duty to perform signifying
