Audio/visual problems:
- In the party scene we need people to be relatively silent as when we splice the different
angles together, we don’t want it to sound like it was filmed at different points in time. So,
we will have to ask any Extras to be silent whilst we film conversations. Other than this there
shouldn’t be any other audio interruptions.
Weather conditions:
Continuity:
- We need to make sure Outfits, Props and Extras always stay in the same place/stay
consistent throughout the scene to make sure continuity is strong.
Electricity/Lighting issues:
Set dressing: (does your set contain everything you want to show in your scene, or will it need
something else adding to it to have the impact you want?)
- Will need the set to be dressed as if it were a house party, we will need alcohol props, cups,
party lighting and some party games (beer pong could work). The house we’re filming in will
already be homely, so we don’t need to dress it in the sense of adding any furniture or
photos.
Welfare: (can your crew/talent get refreshments, are there toilets near, is it far? do they need to
stay overnight near filming location?)
- Drinks, food and toilets will all be available on site. The cast and crew will not have to stay
overnight at this location as it should only take a few hours.
Parking/Public transport to location: (how will the crew/talent get to the location? Is there parking
or a bus/train station nearby?)
- There is a Bus and Train station just a five-minute walk away from set.
