Sir,

As part of our continuing effort to promote athletics within the district level, the
undersigned would like to request permission for the conduct of two day district sports
activities in different venues. Zone 1 at Batangas 2 ES, Zone 2 at Alasasin ES, Zone 3 at BEPZ
ES and Zone 4 at A.G.Llamas ES on August 18-19, 2017.

The activity aims to:

1. Expose pupils/students to different sports discipline enabling them to

improve their motor skills.
2. Select qualified athletes who will represent the school in the district meet
come last week of September.
3. Further develop teachers’ skills/readiness in managing different sports
discipline.

Attached herewith is a copy of the program of activities for your reference.
