I. Call to Order and Declaration of Quorum

There being a quorum, the meeting was called to order at 6:30 PM at the Narra
Lodge Multi-Purpose Hall, Encarnacion Subd., San Jose City. The meeting started with
an Opening Prayer which was led by ate Avic.

1. On the Review of the Minutes of

the Previous Meeting

Minutes of the previous meeting was read and There being no other matters that arises from

2. On Outreach Program

4. On Status Report on the Collection of

Dues and Assessment Fees

Outstanding balances of annual dues and
assessment fees were presented to the meeting
by the treasurer, Ate Toya. It was noted that
some members have considerably large amount
of balances as of to date. Therefeore, to
facilitate collection and to encourage payments
of dues and reinstatement of inactive members,
it was suggested that reduction/discount can be
applied.
It was resolved that all members will be
granted with 50% off their unpaid/unsettled
dues and assessment fees. The period of
availing of this grant shall be from August 19,
2022 to December 31, 2022. If such obligation
is not settled on the specified due date, the
outstanding balance shall be quoted as is.

5. On health aid of Ate Elvira Ann Garcia

Ate Elvie will be entitled for the health aid The Masonettes noted this matter.

6. On Greetings of Birthday Celebrators for

the Month of August
