SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

We, A, of legal age, Filipinos, and with residence at Macatoc, Victoria, Oriental Mindoro,
hereby APPOINT, NAME and CONSTITUTE, B, of legal age, married, Filipino, and with address at Macatoc,
Victoria, Oriental Mindoro, to be our true and lawful Attorney-in-fact for me and in my name, place and stead,
to do and perform the following acts:

1. That we authorize said attorney in fact to TRANSACT BUSINESS, REPRESENT, SIGN, EXECUTE,
RECEIVE AND DELIVER all the pertinent documents in relation to PURCHASE OF
PORTION(7,620 sqm) OF PARCEL OF LAND COVERED BY TRANSFER CERTIFICATE OF
TITLE NO: 12 and PAYMENT OF TAX and DOCUMENTARY STAMP TAX, including execution of
affidavit of conformity of buyers or Deed of Sale;

2. That we authorize said attorney in fact to TRANSACT BUSINESS, REPRESENT, SIGN, EXECUTE,
RECEIVE AND DELIVER all the pertinent documents in relation to the TRANSFER OF TITLE of a
PORTION(7,620 sqm) of a parcel of land covered and embraced by Transfer Certificated of Title
(TCT) No. 12, with/to the Bureau of Internal Revenue, Department of Agrarian Reform, Register of
Deeds, Municipal/City Assessor’s Office, Provincial Assessor’s Office and other offices concerned and
to RECEIVE all documents including the title already in the name of the buyer;

3. To perform all acts and things to accomplish the above, including but not limited to the application of
the Tax Identification Number (TIN) of the principal and DAR Clearance.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING our said Attorney-in-fact full power and authority to do and
perform the above-enumerated powers and hereby ratifies and confirms all that he shall lawfully do pursuant
thereto as if we are personally present and acting.
