SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

We, SPS. MUŃOZ, both of legal age, Filipinos, and with residence and postal address at Rizal, hereby
APPOINT, NAME and CONSTITUTE, T, of legal age, Filipino, single and with address at Brgy. Lalud,
Calapan City, Oriental Mindoro, to be our true and lawful Attorney-in-fact for us and in our name, place and
stead, to do and perform the following acts:

1. That we authorize said Attorney in Fact TO SELL, ASSIGN AND DISPOSE our parcels of
land covered by Transfer Certificate of Title No: 1 and Transfer Certificate of Title No: 2
both located at including the improvements erected thereon under terms and condition
acceptable to us;

2. That We authorize said Attorney in Fact, TO REPRESENT, SIGN AND EXECUTE on our
behalf all the pertinent documents in relation to the SALE of two(2) above mentioned parcels
of land specially the DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE OR CONTRACT TO SELL;

3. That, We authorize said Attorney in Fact, to RECEIVE, COLLECT AND CLAIM payment for
the sale of above two parcels of land either in cash or in check;

4. TO REPRESENT US, SIGN, and EXECUTE all the pertinent documents relative to above
transaction and to perform all acts and things to accomplish the above.

HEREBYGIVING AND GRANTING our said Attorney-in-fact full power and authority to do and
perform the above-enumerated powers and hereby ratifies and confirms all that they shall lawfully do pursuant
thereto as if I am personally present and acting.
