SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

We, Spouses FERNANDO P. CORPUZ and CONSUELO R. COR-

PUZ, Filipino, of legal age, with residence at Lot 1D, Del Pilar Street, Salcedo
Village Sta. Rita, Olongapo City, Zambales, do hereby name, constitute, and
appoint ANTONIO P. CORPUZ, Filipino, of legal age, married, with resi-
dence at 100 Kapitan Pepe Avenue, Kapitan Pepe Subdivision, Cabanatuan
City, to be our true and lawful attorney-in-fact, to act on our behalf and in our
name, to execute and perform the following acts, deeds, matters, and things in
connection with the sale of real property situated in the Barrio of Bakod
Bayan, City of Cabanatuan, Province of Nueva Ecija, with TCT No. 046-
2016001075, containing the area of FORTY NINE THOUSAND FIVE
HUNDRED FORTY FOUR (49,544) square meters, to wit:

1. Right to sell or dispose of the aforementioned property;

2. The right to execute, accept, undertake, and perform all contracts in our
name as to the sale or disposition of the aforementioned property;
3. The right to initiate, defend, commence, or settle legal actions on my behalf
as to the sale, ease, mortgage, assign, or dispose of the aforementioned
property.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto our said attorney-in-fact

full powers and authority to do and perform all and every act requisite to carry
into effect the foregoing powers, as fully to all intents and purposes as we might
or could lawfully do if personally present, with full power of substitution and
revocation, and hereby ratifying and confirming all that our said attorney-in-fact
or his substitute shall lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue hereof.
