SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, JOWHANNA MARIZ M. GIMENO, of legal age, single, Filipino with

residence at Poblacion Norte, Sigma, Capiz, do hereby NAME, CONSTITUTE and
APPOINT my sibling, FELIZARDO M. GIMENO, JR., of legal age, and with residence
at Poblacion Norte, Sigma, Capiz, to be my true and lawful Attorney-in-Fact, for me and
in my name, place and stead, to do and perform any and all of the following acts and
things, namely:

1. To appear, transact, facilitate, process and/or negotiate with the

Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD, Capiz, in order to claim the
Emergency Shelter Assistance applied by our deceased mother Ofelia Gimeno;

2. To secure and receive the Emergency Shelter Assistance Department of

Social Welfare and Development (DSWD), Capiz;

3. To sign and execute necessary documents and other legal documents in

relation to the authority herein granted.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING in favor of my said Attorneys-in-Fact full power

and authority to do and perform every act and thing whatsoever requisite and
necessary to be done in or about the premises as fully to all intents and purposes as I
might or could lawfully do if personally present and acting in person, with full power of
substitution and revocation, and hereby ratifying and confirming all that my said
Attorneys-in-Fact or their substitute shall lawfully do or cause to be done under and by
virtue of these presents.
