Subject: Network issue
Hello,
I have contacted GramoTel last week due to the poor
internet connection in my area. GramoTel informed me
that, there isn’t any network issues in my area and
suggested me to reboot my router. Unfortunately,
even after doing that my internet connection is still
down. I hope GramoTel sends a technician over as
soon as possible to rectify the problem since I am
working from home now. It has been a pain in the neck
for the past two weeks. I hope to get a green light from
your side.
