WQMP REVISION Where a development has secured approval under the Municipal Land Use Law and possesses a valid
wastewater approval, the site may be included in the sewer service area if consistent with that valid
Municipal Boundaries wastewater approval. This information was gathered in consultation with municipalities and property
Pinelands Protection Area owners. The location of these developments are indicated on this map and keyed to a list of qualifying
developments in each municipal chapter. Some of the sites included on this map were excluded due to
Proposed Sewer Service Area a lack of valid approvals, and a review by DEP indicated exclusion was necessary.
