SYNTHESIS OF THE ENVIRONMENTAL AND SOCIAL

DEVELOPMENT PROJECT

Project name: Establishment for a plant to the implementation of an integral system for the
management, administration, treatment and industrialization of solid waste and waste in general,
directed for a circular economy with zero waste.

Kind of project: Treatment installations of Urban Solid Waste (RSU) and waste in general,
applying process like stabilization, deodorization, drying, sanitization, homogenization, autoclave,
energetic valuation using thermal fusion in combined cycle, internal and external negative impact,
and waste industrialization, controlled chain, direct combined energetic valorization (gas-steam-
electricity-biofuels-solar-oils-additives), self-sustaining required efficiency with investment of 150
million dollars, achieving eco efficiency, that allow strategic planification taking about environmental
quality, life quality, education quality, human quality, eco politic quality in favor of civil society and
natural resources for green cities and jobs.

Project to be develop: Provincial Tumbes municipality “Public Private Agreement and Good
Interinstitutional Understanding Commitments” and District Matapalo Municipality “Institutional
Cooperation Agreement”, model “Design, Construction, Operation (DCO)” or “Construction,
Transference, Operation (CTO) for thirty years (30 years), a process of one thousand (1000) tons per
day of waste with cooperation and the backrest of UNTumbes (National Tumbes University),
Congressmen of Republic of Peru, Tumbes Regional Government and private companies.

Project impact: Systematic and dogmatic model for education, training, management, collection,
transportation, separation, treatment, recovery, reuse, industrialization, energetic valorization with
urban solids waste and waste in general, with European regulations and certification, complying,
renewing, integrating patterns and regulations regarding waste generated by hospitals, health
establishments, businesses, industries, construction, public institutions, agriculture, homes,
electronics, metals, sludge, non-traditional waste and others, let a positive impact to the environment,
social development, reactivation, economic, benefits to the public treasury and solutions in job
creation, citizen security, food, health and direct fight in favor of climate change, (water, air, soil).

proposals in this topic of Urban Solid Waste (RSU).
